Service Marketplace
BoominCrats DevLab operates as a service marketplace platform connecting clients with professional development services. We offer AI app completion, traditional development, and specialized services through an e-commerce ordering system.
Order Management
Each service order includes milestone-based tracking, dedicated communication channels, and order management features. Specific deliverables, timelines, and requirements are established during the order process.
Service Availability
While we strive to provide uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that our services will be available at all times or error-free.
User Responsibilities
Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Accurate Information

Late Payments

Intellectual Property
Work Product Ownership
Upon completion and full payment of services ordered through our platform, clients receive ownership rights to the deliverables as specified in the service agreement, subject to any third-party licenses.
Pre-existing IP
BoominCrats retains ownership of all pre-existing intellectual property, including but not limited to proprietary methodologies, tools, and frameworks.
Third-party Components
Some projects may include third-party components or libraries that are subject to their respective licenses and terms.
Platform Rights
BoominCrats DevLab reserves the right to showcase completed projects in case studies and marketing materials, with client approval. Service providers may also request portfolio rights as specified in individual agreements.
Confidentiality
Non-disclosure
We agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary and confidential information shared by our clients during the course of our business relationship.
Data Protection
We implement appropriate security measures to protect client data and information from unauthorized access or disclosure.
Employee Obligations
All BoominCrats employees and contractors are bound by confidentiality agreements and are required to maintain client confidentiality.
Limitation of Liability
Service Basis
Our services are provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the services.
Liability Cap
In no event shall BoominCrats be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits or data.
Maximum Liability
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to BoominCrats for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Termination
Termination Rights
Either party may terminate an ongoing project agreement upon written notice, subject to the specific termination provisions in that agreement.
Effect of Termination
Upon termination, you will remain liable for all fees and charges incurred up to the date of termination.
Survival
Provisions relating to intellectual property, confidentiality, limitation of liability, and payment obligations shall survive termination.
Governing Law
Jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Information Technology Act, 2000, and all applicable rules and regulations thereunder. The courts at Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising under these terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through amicable negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, the dispute may be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the seat of arbitration at Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, India. Nothing herein shall restrict your right to approach the appropriate Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
